Graduate Opportunities

We consider Graduate Engineers to be fundamental to the continuing success of the company and we therefore invest a lot of time and energy into equipping our Graduates with the requisite technical and business skills to develop quickly, both professionally and personally.

PH McCarthy offers Graduate Engineers a supportive environment and gives challenging opportunities to progress skills and experience on a wide range of diverse projects. Graduates are assigned a Mentor who works closely with them for their first number of years and the Mentoring process is structured and monitored by the Training Manager.

The company was one of the first engineering consultancies to achieve CPD Accreditation with Engineers Ireland and the Training Director and Training Manager take a specific interest in the career development of Graduates.
