Nursing Home

PH McCarthy acted as Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineers for the new 124 bed nursing home in Rathfarnham. This project valued at €10M comprises approximately 4,794m² of residential and staff facilities including bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, cinema room, hair & beauty area, nurse stations, administration offices and plant facilities. The building design also incorporates a central courtyard with landscaped flowerbeds and seating area.

PH McCarthy worked to a tight time scale with work starting early in 2005 and completed in October 2006.
