We provide engineering services for Dublin City Council for major housing projects which have included the incorporation of major energy saving techniques.

We also provide consulting engineering services to private developers for large residential schemes for both luxury and affordable and social accommodation. For these schemes we have undertaken full energy studies in conjunction with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) which in the majority of cases have been implemented.

We have provided the design for a number of 'low energy dwellings of tomorrow, which have incorporated new innovations and advancements in technology.

We have also undertaken the engineering services design for major private and exclusive residential developments throughout the country. This has included the provision of engineering services for prefabricated building pods, swimming pools, cinemas, kitchens and entertainment rooms. Many of these exclusive residences are protected by 'listed building and heritage status', which required our designs to be sympathetic with these requirements.
