Design & Build
As one of the leading consultants in the Design and Build (D&B) market in Ireland, we have a great deal to offer our prospective Clients for the tender and detailed design of the proposed works. We have tendered with eleven major Irish and International Contractors, and were awarded the M50 Widening N4-N7 Conntract early in 2006.
PH McCarthy's D&B experience includes design services such as value engineering, establishment of pricing information and preparation of conforming and alternative tender submission documents.
The systematic identification of Risks and Opportunities also forms an important part of D&B project development at PH McCarthy. We place particular importance on brainstorming in order to develop a model that can be analysed for the determination of risks.
