M3 Clonee - Kells Motorway
PH McCarthy with associated consultants are appointed to undertake detailed design of the highways, environmental elements and structures of the M3 Clonee to Kells project. This scheme is one of the NRA's major inter-urban Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Schemes.
Some of the key elements of the project include include 60km of 2x2 lane motorway; provision of over 60km of local and regional roads, construction of 127 structures including underpasses, bridges, culverts, retaining walls and a sign gantrys.
