Government Laboratory Campus, Cellbridge, Co. Kildare

The state-of-the-art campus consists of the Department of Agriculture Laboratories and the State Laboratory & Conference Facilities. PH McCarthy was appointed as engineers for all civil and structural elements for the Laboratories on the 37 hectare site.

The 25,000m² Department of Agriculture facility contains laboratories, offices, library, and reception rooms, an energy centre, associated outbuildings, a greenhouse, animal housing and a poultry building. The 11,000m² State Laboratory facility contains laboratories, offices, archive storage, general storage areas and an energy centre in a part single storey, part two storey building having two enclosed courtyards.
