Parkview Apartment Development, Stepaside, Co. Dublin
PH McCarthy Consulting Engineers was engaged by Fleming Construction as the Mechanical, Electrical Civil and Structural Engineers for the Parkview Apartment Development. The development includes 366 apartments, 125 social housing units and 552 underground car park spaces. The 366 apartments are divided into six blocks and are built using pod construction techniques as provided by Fusion.
The electrical services installation comprises of main cabling, lighting, fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control genera power. The mechanical services installation comprises of heating, ventilation, water and drainage services.
Civil and structural services included the design of the podium transfer slab and entire basement construction to provide 500 car parking spaces.
