Machinery Depot, Limerick
The Machinery Depot in Newcastle West for Limerick County Council is a green field project and has a floor area of 580m2. The project comprises a main production/service area, parts store, battery store, changing rooms, canteen general offices and reception as well as delivery area and refueling dock. The main mechanical & electrical features at each service bay included Compressed Air, Brake Dust Extraction, Exhaust Fume Extraction, 12 Volt Hand Lamp, 3 Phase Electric Welder as well as 3 phase power and metal clad trunking around the perimeter of the workshop area.
