Social Housing, Ballybough
PH McCarthy was appointed to provide all engineering inputs to the Ballybough Road Housing Development. Phase 1 of the project consisted of 2 five storey apartment blocks containing 27 and 25 apartments respectively. Phase 2 consisted of 4 five storey apartment blocks containing 122 apartments.
The electrical services installation comprised mains distribution, sub-mains cabling, emergency lighting, floodlighting, CCTV as well as full electrical services installation within each house/flat. Mechanical services consisted of water supply pressurisation system, upgraded gas and water supplies and central heating for each unit.
