Stepaside
The total development occupies 60 acres and comprises 1,100 residential units. Phase 1 consists of 286 apartments in blocks of up to 6 storeys and 222 houses/duplexes. This phase also includes a local commercial centre.
The electrical services installation comprises mains distribution, sub mains cabling, emergency lighting, floodlighting, CCTV as well as full electrical services installation within each house/apartment. Mechanical services comprises water supply pressurisation systems, gas and water supplies, central gas fired heating, water services and above ground drainage. The M&E intallation also included site services and this involved extensive co-ordination with ESB, Eircom, NTL and Bord Gais.
